In the personalization box please leave the name you wish to add to the shirt. Always be sure to double check spelling to make sure it is correct. I can also do a monogram if you prefer a monogram. Monogram format is first name initial, last name initial, and middle name initial.
Be sure to look at the size charts if you are unsure of the fit. I do use boutique clothing so sizes may differ from department store brands.
