FAQ

1. How do I add personalization to my items?

On each item there is a personalization box and there you will enter the name you would like to add. If you do not want to add personalization please leave blank or type No name. If left blank I will assume you do not want personalization.

2. When will my items ship?

Turnaround time can be found on the homepage at the very top. Please keep in mind turnaround time does not include ship time. 

3. What is sublimation printing? 

Sublimation printing uses a special ink that adheres to the polyester material in the garment. The higher the polyester count the brighter the image will be on the shirt. You do not feel the image on the shirt and you do not have to worry about the image fading or cracking. 

4. What is screen printed shirts?

Screen printed shirts use a special transfer onto the shirt. You will be able to feel it on the shirt but it is applied using a professional grade heat press. 

5. Can I get a refund?

I do not offer refund on personalized items unless a mistake on my end happened. Please message me I would love to come up with a solution for you. I strive to make all my customers happy.  

6. What if my item is not correct?

If the mistake was mine all I ask is to send me a image of the mistake and I will be happy to either remake the item or send a refund. If the mistake was yours I'm sorry I can not refund. But I would love to come up with a solution. 

7. Where can I find size charts? 

Size charts can be found in the images on each item. 

8. What does unisex sizing mean?

Unisex sizing means it is more of a mens loose fit.
